以上每场演讲各需要4名演讲人（可以参加2场），每人5分钟，请大家踊跃报名。

TNC演讲会流程：

开始10分钟是主持人的演讲时间，接下来的 20分钟是4个人，每人5分钟的主题发言，在接下来的15分钟是自由发言时间，最后15分钟是评估时间

晚上10点Lucy双语读书节目
